You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. Before you can deposit or play, you'll also need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as your PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license.

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You can update most personal details — such as your contact number, address, and communication preferences — directly from your pisoph account settings. However, changes to your name or date of birth require identity re-verification and must be requested through our support team. This is to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of our KYC records. Submit a support request with your updated ID document and our team will process the change within 3–5 business days.

To close your pisoph account, contact our support team at [email protected] with a closure request. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. Account closure is permanent — you will not be able to reopen the same account. pisoph does not charge any platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount being transferred. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule for the most accurate information. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

A declined deposit can happen for several reasons: insufficient funds in your GCash or bank account, a temporary hold placed by your payment provider, an expired card or account, or a deposit limit you've set through pisoph's Responsible Gaming tools. If your deposit was declined and none of these apply, try a different payment method or contact our support team. Make sure your pisoph account KYC verification is fully complete — unverified accounts cannot process deposits.

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, pisoph generally requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits.
